By creating an account or using Polas you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

Polas is for sharing moments with friends. You must not post, send or comment anything that is:

• sexually explicit, pornographic or involving minors in any way;
• hateful, harassing, bullying, threatening or defamatory;
• violent, gory, or promoting self-harm, terrorism or illegal activity;
• someone else's private information, or content you don't have the rights to;
• spam, scams or impersonation of another person.

We remove content that breaks these rules and permanently ban the accounts that post it.

Reporting and blocking

Use Report in the menu of any pola to flag it. We review every report within 24 hours, remove the content if it breaks these terms and ban its author. Use Block on a pola or a comment to stop seeing that person: you'll no longer see each other's polas, comments or reactions, and you stop being friends. You can unblock people from Settings › Blocked.

Your content

You own what you post. You give us the licence we need to store it and show it to the people you chose (friends, selected people, a moment, or everyone for public polas). Deleting a pola removes it for everyone; deleting your account from Settings removes your polas, comments and friendships.

Age

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Polas.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will show the new date above. We may suspend or delete accounts that break them.
